“Education is expensive”
In an effort to provided a positive experience when dealing with one of the industries least favorable maintenance routines. For both the customer, and or their chosen marine facility. Mistakes remain exponentially more costly on a vessel, avoid them.
Through our relationships with other marine contractors, suppliers, and the consult we provide other marine blasters.
Concerning as it is we find it once every other week around the country. From properly working the surface of an aluminum boat, to addressing large vessels with unknown issues in need of proper address. Failing to have the ability to provide proper and cohesive guidance in moving 'beyond the 'blast' work.
Without an understanding of the underlying composite laminates (FRP built hulls).
Generalized “blasting”, "sandblasting", "soda blasting" , performed by non marine experience operators.
Will ultimately result in unnecessary damage and further repairs expense, and liability.
Knowledge database & intellectual property
We maintain Logbooks of operational parameters, photographic documentation, and scientific measurement of our process.
We can illustrate the beneficial impact of our efforts with empirical data.
To better serve the environment, the customer, and the performance of their chosen products.
